The product photos were really blurry and didn’t show the details well at all!!! It made it hard to feel confident about what I was actually going to get!!!

Returning this ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to keep chasing for updates and refund info, and nothing felt very clear along the way. It also seemed like the item/package wasn’t handled very carefully, which just added to the frustration. Overall, the whole process felt slow and careless.

The communication really wasn’t great. I kept having to check in myself for updates, and most of the time it wasn’t clear what was going on unless I chased them.
In the end, I just accepted that this is probably how they handle things, but it was still frustrating. If there’s a delay, I’d much rather they just say so instead of leaving customers guessing. I don’t think I’d order again.

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, they did fix it eventually. It just took longer than I expected, and some of the replies were a bit hard to follow. I’ve ordered from Soccer Locker before and want to keep liking them, because they usually have the gear I’m looking for and I’ve had decent experiences overall.

This time, though, the checkout was a little clunky. I had to type my shipping info in again, and the payment page took long enough to load that I wasn’t sure if the order actually went through.

The confirmation email showed up a few minutes later, so everything ended up fine. I’m not ready to switch to another site or anything, but I do wish the checkout felt a bit smoother.

I expected soccerlocker.com to be a decent deal, or at least offer something that made the higher prices feel justified. But after I placed my order, I found the same shoes and gear for less on other sites, which was frustrating.

I ordered from soccerlocker.com and wasn’t happy with how it showed up. The box was crushed on one side, and there was barely any protection inside, so the item looked like it had been tossed around during shipping. It wasn’t completely broken, but for the price I expected way better packaging. What made it more frustrating is that nobody really seemed to take ownership of the issue. It just felt like I was being passed around with no real answer. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again if this is how they ship things.
